What is Powder Coating
The process utilizes a powder comprised of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which are sprayed onto the metal surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces, then passed through a heated curing oven until hardened into a smooth coating, powder coating produces a very durable and professional finish.

- Review our environmental policy on an annual basis, to take account of developments in environmental legislation and management and legislation, as well as the requirements and expectations of our clients and others with whom we do business.
- Set and monitor key objectives and targets of our environmental performance at least annually.
- Encourage new and existing suppliers to investigate and to take part in environmentally responsible processes and products, and ensure that consideration is given to the cost and benefits of environmentally responsible alternatives.
- Communicate internally and externally our environmental policy and performance on an annual basis.
- Communicate the importance of environmental issues to our customers and staff, and encourage feedback regarding our environmental issues and concerns.
- Promote awareness amongst our people of environmental initiatives that they, as individuals, can become involved with.
