Where can I obtain Flexfab color guides, literature or brochures?
All Flexfab products are available in 15 standard colors in baked enamel with 40% gloss finish. Please contact your Customer Service Rep for a free color card guide. What is your current lead time?
Our normal lead time for Flexfab filing cabinets is 4 weeks for standard stock, 6 weeks for custom built and 2-3 weeks for mock-ups samples.

Can I return an item if it has been received damaged or faulty?
Yes, but certain conditions could apply, no merchandise may be returned without our written consent and our shipping instructions. Claims for factory defects must be made within 10 days. All products manufactured by Flexfab are warranted against factory defect for a period of 10 years from the billing date; please contact our support team at kEncEmailtvqqpsuAgmfygbc/db for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?
An order may be canceled at any time as long as it has not been put into production, if an order is canceled without consent, Flexfab reserves the right to charge the customer for that portion of the order which has been completed to date of the cancellation, plus an amount equal to the profit lost on the remaining portion of the order.

What kind of specifications does Flexfab use to manufacture their products?
All Flexfab cabinets and filing systems are made of high quality 20, 18 and 16 gauge cold rolled steel. The base is reinforced for lateral stability and is equipped with 4 adjustable glides. Drawers and accessories are built using the appropriate gauge to ensure sturdiness and proper function. Detailed specifications are available upon request.
Standard filing cabinets come equipped with lock, interlock system and side-to-side hanging bars. Heights indicated are with glides fully recessed.
